In 2020 amongst the loss of so many homes and business' in our community, our Blue River Station was lost. We are so greatful for funding assistance, our building committee, and Pivot Architecture. Through many meetings, visions, and negotiation we were able to put together what we hope the community will be proud of for years to come!
As we are sure you have noticed, we are relocating and will now be neighbors with Orchid Health Mckenzie River Clinic. This land aquisition allows us not only room for a more complete facility but also for future expansion opportunites. Our priority is to provide service to this community and we hope to be a beacon of hope in the area. We are in this together!
There is progress being made everyday and we are estimated to be completed by Winter 2023! We at Upper Mckenzie Rural Fire are so thankful for your continued support.
